All in the Family The Duckling House once housed Sandy Neck campers. Today it belongs to the founder’s grandson, Jack Hill, and wife Ann. The Hills’ daughter Margaret and her husband, Josh, own the small cottage behind The Duckling House that Jack and Ann fixed up in the 1970s.
