This Idea House, featured in the October 2006 issue of Coastal Living, incorporates environmentally responsible design, including cross-ventilation and solar gain designs, intended to reduce energy costs. The California Bungalow-inspired house is approximately 3,000 square feet and has beautiful coastline views and outdoor decks on both levels.
