| Inspired by traditional teahouses found in Bali, architect Tony Gwilliam created a simple tented pavilion he sells in a kit. Here’s a look at the kit’s assembly and information on how to order. | ||||||||||
| STEP 1: CHOOSE A LOCATION Secure a sturdy foundation such as a cement platform or four large, flat pavers. STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE FRAMES • Repeat for the second frame. STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE STRUCTURE • Bolt on the second frame to create the freestanding structure. STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE ROOF AND FLOOR • Drop center floor joists into place. STEP 4: ATTACH THE ROOFING • Pull roofing over each of the four corners and attach.
