2 (6-ounce) pouches hickory-smoked solid light tuna in water, drained
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
¾ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup coarsely chopped green onions
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
