In this dish, we’ve taken a traditional spinach dip and cranked it up a few notches—and given it some decidedly coastal flavor. Bay or sea scallops (your pick!) chopped and mixed with typical dip bases like cream cheese and sour cream give this dip depth and texture, and a sprinkling of seafood seasoning brings all the flavors together.
