Shaved Ice Martini

Try an adult version of Hawaii’s famous shave ice. Bartenders at Nobu Waikiki share their recipe for a shaved-ice martini that delivers a punch of citrus flavor.

Kalamansi Shaved Ice Martini
2½ ounces (5 tablespoons) orange-flavored vodka
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) orange liqueur
Heavy splash fresh kalamansi or lime juice
Heavy splash Calpico (Japanese milk soft drink)
Shaved ice Candied orange slice (optional)

Combine in a shaker. Shake and pour into a martini glass filled with shaved ice. Garnish with candied orange slice, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
