1. Honeydew Mimosas
Blend 1 cup ice with ½ honeydew and 1 tablespoon sugar; stir in 1 (750-ml) bottle of sparkling wine (4 servings).

For a light morning meal, blend 1 cup chopped mango, ¼ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt, 2 tablespoons orange-mango juice, 1/3 cup ice, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon lime juice.
