Freesia iridaceae, Corms
Zone: Hardy to 20F
Color: White, pink, red, lavender, purple, blue, yellow, and orange
Blooms: Spring and again in fall
Light: Full sun or partial shade
Care: Requires regular watering during bloom and growth period
Notes: Corms should be planted two inches deep in well-drained soil in the fall. For colder climates, freesias can be planted in a pot and grown in a sunny window until it is warm enough outside to transplant them.
