Tough Love
The project team worked to balance durability and style for the cottage’s exterior. Weathered gray polymer siding shingles look like cedar but don’t require the same upkeep. Low-maintenance composite shake roof shingles and PVC-based trim have traditional appeal but can withstand harsh coastal weather. ALSO: Take a tour and watch videos with the designer.
