Stay Simple

Make an architectural element the main attraction. A wood and brick fireplace, surrounded by cyprus walls, stars in this space because it's paired with simple accents. Understated pieces such as vases of sea grass and ocean-theme art decorate the mantel but don't outshine everything else.
