Custom-colored, hand-screened fabrics cover the sofa and woven hyacinth-wicker armchairs. Throughout the house, lampshades sport matching fabrics and whimsical trims. Plain "white shades didn't cut it," says interior designer Jack Fhillips. "After all, the home had to reflect a good-time attitude."
