More than a million viewers weighed in and crowned this Turks and Caicos beauty the overall winner of HGTV's Ultimate House Hunt competition. (P.S.: You can own it.) Step inside:
Get ready for some serious real estate envy. HGTV just wrapped its annual Ultimate House Hunt, which rallies together some of the most spectacular listings in the world and puts them up to a vote in eight different categories. This year’s overall winner (no surprise here) is a pristine mansion perched on the powder-white beaches of the Turks and Caicos.
Dubbed Mandalay Villa, the two-plus-acre estate is located on Long Bay Beach on the island of Providenciales. Currently listed for $11.5 million by Turks & Caicos Property, the 13,274-square-foot villa has seven bedrooms and seven baths, plus two half-baths. The main structure is painted a deep blue with white accents and a white roof—a palette that echoes the colors of the sand, sea, and sky that surround it.

At the heart of the villa is an open courtyard and a multilevel pool with clear sightlines to the ocean. This space, and the bedrooms and living spaces that surround it, have the same blue and white color scheme as the structure’s exterior, with earthy wood accents throughout. The living spaces—indoor and outdoor—enjoy water views, and a raised deck right on the beach serves as the perfect spot for sunbathing.
