One first-floor bedroom is outfitted for a princess. "This is a little girl's fantasy," Linda says. The feminine decor mingles pink, red, and white in checks of all sizes with toile accents. Linda had a corona made to hang above the full-size bed. "With the high ceiling, I wanted to add more drama to the Victorian-style iron bed," she says. Stuffed bears cuddle on the quilted upholstery of a slipper-style chair. A petite three-drawer dresser and an oval mirror share the same carved accents and white finish. The color scheme continues into an adjacent bath. The antique-style mirror angles down to accommodate the room's diminutive resident.
