Set in Concrete: The sand-colored floors are a natural choice in a beach house, thanks to their durability and minimal maintenance. Here, they balance out the more formal qualities of the kitchen (like the marble backsplash and countertop).

Mixed Metallics: Combining different hardware finishes—such as the brushed bronze faucet, industrial steel range hood,  and vibrant brass lamp shade lining—helps prevent the space from looking overly matchy and makes the room feel as though it evolved over time.

Lighting: Circa Lighting; Plumbing fixtures: Kohler; Upholstered furniture: LEE Industries; Windows: Marvin Windows and Doors; Paint: Pratt & Lambert; Fabric: Sunbrella
