Cynthia Rowley

Most at home when she’s strolling the beach in Montauk, New York, where Cynthia recently opened her sixth U.S. boutique. Her spring 2011 collection is a beach lover’s dream, with everything from sherbet-hued silk dresses to lightweight striped separates.

Claim to fame: In addition to her namesake label, Cynthia has teamed up with Roxy to create a line of rad surfboards and swimwear. You can also spot her name on a collection of beach cruisers, playfully designed Pampers, chic home and garden tools, and fashion-forward Band-Aids.
