Cooking for Solutions Gala
Enjoy the culinary celebration of the year, featuring gourmet dishes prepared by celebrity chefs and restaurants, organic and sustainable wines, book signings, and a silent auction.
Green & Healthy Lifestyle/Sustainable Foods Fair Learn about sustainable seafood, organic agriculture, and sustainable winemaking at booths throughout the Aquarium. Plus, attend cooking demonstrations, sample sustainable seafood, and see a special presentation by Alton Brown.
Food & Wine Adventures
Take part in one of five group events led by our celebrity chefs—exploring sustainable foods on the farm and in the kitchen. These culinary adventures include hands-on experiences, food and wine presentations, and a gourmet picnic lunch.
Sustainable Seafood Challenge
Held at the Monterey Plaza Hotel, this event features four celebrated chefs racing to create tasty, sustainable seafood dishes. Judged by Guy Fieri and Sam Choy. Guests enjoy fine wine, hors d'oeuvres, and a special gift.
