Pavilion Presentations You'll laugh, you'll be entertained and you'll learn something about protecting the planet during two days of special presentations and cooking demonstrations from The Food Network's Alton Brown and Robert Irvine, P. Allen Smith, and Nathan Lyon. Each will create an engaging hour-long special program, greet audience members, and sign books after their presentations.
Food & Wine Adventures (Saturday Only) Take part in one of six group events led by our celebrity chefs—exploring sustainable foods on the farm and in the kitchen. These culinary adventures include hands-on experiences, food and wine presentations, and a gourmet picnic lunch.
Sustainable Seafood Challenge (Saturday Only) This always-lively event at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa features four celebrated chefs racing to create tasty, sustainable seafood dishes. Guests enjoy fine wine, hors d'oeuvres, and a special gift.
