Choosing between hotels and long lists of house and condo rentals can seem daunting, but this year, you can consider it done for you.
TripAdvisor Rentals, a branch of the review site that can help travelers find vacation rentals in destinations around the world, has figured out this year’s most popular U.S. spring break destinations—and they’re all in Florida. In Panama City Beach and Destin on the Panhandle, Anna Maria Island on the Gulf, and inland Kissimmee and Orlando, TripAdvisor has found the best vacation rentals for a spring break getaway:

Sleeps 8, from $66 per night
This Kissimmee home, only a 20-minute drive from Disney World, sleeps eight across two master bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, a private patio, and access to a heated pool, tennis courts, a gym, and a playground.
Sleeps 30, from $1,650 per night
Gather a big group at this 14-bedroom getaway, which boasts 12 master bedrooms with king-sized beds, a gourmet kitchen (plus a secondary catering kitchen), a large dining room, a theater, and an arcade room. Outside, it has a private heated pool with hot tub, a fire pit, and a kitchen area.
