Set in the quaint historic district of Newport, RI, this boutique (it has a sister shop in nearby Cranston) feels like a candy store for grown-ups, with brightly colored dresses and accessories, all arranged in color-coded sections against white lacquer walls. Owner and beach lover Kristina Richards swears by ViX embellished bathing suits and dresses by Alice & Olivia and Shoshanna.
