Former lobsterman Luke Holden gets lobster from his dad's sustainable-seafood company in Maine, and serves it up deliciously at four New York City locations. The 7th Street location is the original, and also the smallest restaurant in the mini-empire. You can't miss the nautically themed place, though--it looks like a little slice of coastal Maine in the East Village.
