Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore is a national park with 35 miles of Lake Michigan coastline, 400-foot dunes, hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and some of the best beaches in the state. On South Manitou Island, there's a lighthouse that's open to the public, and a shipwreck, the Francisco Moraza, that is visible from shore.
