What would have happened if Genghis Khan had landed at Plymouth Rock first? Probably a lot more New England menus would look like Solo Bistro's, with dishes such as star anise-crusted scallops, and miso-roasted halibut. Chef Tony Lavelle puts an Asian spin on local seafood and serves up the best deal on the coast on Wednesdays, when the three-course prix-fixe is only $16.
