The guests skewed young (or at least were aging extremely gracefully), and from what we could tell spent the entire day lounging on white daybeds beneath a grove of coconut palms as handsome tattooed waiters and svelte waitresses in mint green-and-white frilly aprons ferried coconut drinks back and forth from an adorable little wooden-shack beach bar. (And yes, somehow the bartender managed to still look dashing while hacking the coconut tops off with a machete.)
