An otter appears to wave hello to tourists on a Kenai Fjords Tours outing. Animals reign supreme in this national park. "The wildlife is really wild. It's not a zoo," says Seward resident Jean Schwafel. "You don't have to go more than a quarter mile from town and you're in wilderness untouched by man."
