Accommodations: One bedroom plus sleeping loft, sleeper sofa, and bedroom in gazebo; one bath (additional shower in adjacent shed); sleeps seven

2006 Rates: May, October, and November, about $700 ($800 Canadian) per week; June and September, about $800 ($900 Canadian) per week; July and August, about $1,000 ($1,200 Canadian) per week for two people, plus about $44 ($50 Canadian) per additional person (10 percent tax applies)

Availability: May through November

Location: North shore of Point Prim peninsula overlooking Hillsborough Bay (five-minute walk to beach)

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, porch and decks with outdoor furniture, five-minute drive from a grocery store and restaurants, 30 minutes from Charlottetown and the Nova Scotia ferry terminal

Need-to-Know Info: Children welcome, no pets, no smoking indoors, daily rate available
