Accommodations: The main house sleeps six, with three bedrooms—one king, four twins—and two baths; plus, the backyard guesthouse sleeps four, with two bedrooms—one king, two twins—and two baths.

Rates: Main house only, $4,100 per week; main house and guesthouse, $5,600 per week, $6,500 per week during Christmas, New Year’s, and March. Two-week minimum required for Christmas and New Year’s. The main house and guesthouse must be rented together during Christmas, New Year’s, and March.

Availability: Year-round

Getting there: 20-minute cab and water taxi ride from North Eleuthera airport (ELH) or 90-minute ferry ride from Nassau (NAS)

Amenities: Private swimming pool, landscaped backyard, fully equipped kitchen, central A/C, generator, charcoal grill, wireless Internet, fax/printer, washer/dryer, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, cable TV, DVD player, iPod dock, stereo with CD/radio, books, and games

Need-to-know info: Rates include linens and maid service. Pets welcome. No smoking.
