Need-to-know info: $200 cleaning fee and $75 trash-removal fee deducted from $500 security deposit. Pets considered. Towels provided.

Don't miss: The Flying Horses Carousel and one-of-a-kind shops in Oak Bluffs. In summer, look for open-air concerts, the farmers' market, festivals, and the annual island fair.
