LuLu's World-famous Bushwacker
¼ cup coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons crème de cacao chocolate liqueur
3 tablespoons dark rum
¼ cup half-and-half
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 to 2 cups crushed ice
Chocolate syrup
Dark rum (optional)
Maraschino cherry

Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Drizzle chocolate syrup down sides of a tall glass; turn to swirl. Pour ice cream mixture into glass. Top with a splash of dark rum, if desired, and a cherry. Makes 1 serving.
