Set up a sweet fete with our old-fashioned ice cream dinner-themed celebration!

By Lindsey Ellis Beatty & Rachael Burrow

Set the Scene:

Nothing guarantees smiles like the sweet indulgence of dessert for dinner. Set up a toppings bar with fruit, candies, and sprinkles for self-serve sundaes. A pastel palette and mix-and-match dishes keep the party relaxed.

Serve This: Confetti Vanilla Custard

No ice cream machine? No worries. You can also make frozen custard by placing cooled custard in the freezer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Take the custard from the freezer and stir mixture well. Return the custard to the freezer and continue stirring every 30 minutes until frozen.
