We love a smoothie bowl, an acai bowl, and even your run-of-the-mill bowl of oatmeal. But these colorful, vitamin-packed rays of morning bliss are our new favorite ways to start the day. Food Editor Chris Hughes designed each so that the recipe’s star fruit doubles as a vessel (your dishwasher will thank you!) that gets filled with delicious ingredients like Greek yogurt, chia seeds, slivered almonds, and honey. They’re perfect for weekend brunches, and especially for entertaining guests, who will love the bright colors and ultra-fresh flavors. Which of these beauties will become your new morning ritual?
