Rum Cannonball Daiquiri
1 ounce Cane Run rum
4 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce Falernum
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
11/2 ounces butterfly pea flower tea liqueur*
11/2 cups crushed ice
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender with 1.5 cups of crushed ice. Serve in a hurricane glass and garnish with an orchid.
*Butterfly pea flower tea liqueur: Infuse a bottle of rum with butterfly pea flower and gunpowder tea, then mix with honey to taste.
