1. Honeydew Mimosas
Blend 1 cup ice with ½ honeydew and 1 tablespoon sugar; stir in 1 (750-ml) bottle of sparkling wine (4 servings).

2. Mango Smoothie
For a light morning meal, blend 1 cup chopped mango, ¼ cup lowfat vanilla yogurt, 2 tablespoons orange-mango juice, 1/3 cup ice, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon lime juice.

3. Ultimate Rum Punch
Stir together ¾ cup golden rum, ½ cup coconut rum, 1/4 cup apricot brandy, 1 cup pineapple juice, ¾ cup orange juice, and ¼ cup grapefruit juice (6 servings).

4. Blueberry-lemon Water
Give a pitcher of H2O a flavor kick by adding lemon slices and fresh or frozen antioxidant-rich blueberries.

5. Watermelon Cooler
Mix 6 cups blended watermelon, 8 cups water, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup fresh lime juice, and chill (6 servings).
