We've selected an all-star design team to collaborate on this amazing home from the ground up using unique architectural and building elements and elegant interior design ideas.

Interior Designers: Betsy Burnham and Max Humphrey, Burnham Design
Burnham Design is well-known on the West Coast for marrying the classic with the unexpected in fresh compositions of texture, color, pattern and wit. Importing a classic, east coast eye to the canyon, beach and hillside homes of Southern California, Betsy Burnham and Max Humphrey curate rooms that are sophisticated, livable, timeless and, always, personalized to their clients lives and personalities.

With an open-minded and detail-oriented approach, Betsy and Max start with high design then polish and soften it with the grit of the unpredictable—touches of street-style or elements from design’s cutting edge. Personal taste, rigorous editing and a special attention paid to architecture bring about flawlessly executed rooms that are welcoming and visually delightful, done but never overdone. Comfortably conversant in haute couture, vintage, travel, and the arts, Betsy Burnham has built a rich collection of inviting spaces and created memorable, beloved rooms for her clients and their families.

Dorian’s passion for architectural design started in Connecticut where as a young man, he worked for Ireland Architecture, drafting beach homes and coastal community projects.  That experience allowed Dorian to draw upon the architectural aesthetics of the coastal Northeast that has translated so successfully to the resort community of Coronado Regardless of style, location, or size, his design goal remains the same: create a family heirloom for generations to come.
