The Seawatch Story
Seawatch at Sunset Harbor would be nestled within, rather than shoved on top of, the landscape. The result is a haven that connects its residents to what we love most about the coast: the quiet tranquility of seaside surroundings.

Here’s what makes Seawatch so special.
• Winding roads with curves dictated by stands of live oaks and North Carolina loblolly pines
• More than 20 miles of nature trails for walking, running, or biking

• A kayak and canoe boathouse with access to Mercer Mill Creek, a tidal river that meanders through the marsh
• Native species―egrets, herons, ospreys, pelicans, and great horned owls―who call it home
