There aren’t many times in life when you get to knock two goals off your bucket list in one shot. For us, this is one of those times.

If you’ve ever dreamt of inserting yourself into an HGTV show, casting calls are now open for the wildly popular program Hawaii Life. And if you ask us, that’s about as good a show as any to star in, since at the end of it all, you go home with, well, a home in Hawaii.

Hawaii Life, now in its 12th season, follows prospective paradise seekers around the island chain during their real estate hunt. The show appears every Sunday night on HGTV to an international audience of up to 1.6 million viewers.

This season, the show will follow house hunters around Oahu, the island that’s home to the state capital of Honolulu along with some pretty stellar surf spots on the pristine North Shore.

According to the call, hopeful stars should be ready to purchase a home or condo on Oahu (at any price point) and able to commit to the show’s three days of filming. And if you’re not quite sure if you’re ready, a look at these on-the-market beauties is sure to get the fire going:
