Italy’s famous pick-me-up dessert (it literally translates to “drowned” ice cream) scores the fizzy treatment with a generous pour-over of sparkling cold brew coffee.

How to Make It

Step 1

Place gelato in a frozen 16-oz. glass. Pour amaro over gelato, then top with sparkling cold brew coffee. Sprinkle with crushed amaretto cookie and serve immediately.

Step 2

Note: Kids and non-drinkers will love these floats, too; simply omit the liquor and liqueur pour-overs for equally delicious nonalcoholic versions.
