4 pounds fresh green peanuts
1 1/2 cups kosher salt
2 garlic cloves
How to Make It
Combine peanuts, salt, garlic, and water to cover in a large stockpot. Cover and bring to a boil over high. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until tender, about 3 hours. Drain and serve.
