How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine pisco, fresh lime juice, lavender syrup, egg white, and a pinch of table salt. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a lavender sprig, if desired.
