What do you get when you cross a Pimm's Cup with a Cheeky Negroni? A delightfully complex take on the G&T.

Try it with: Anchor Old Tom Gin (California). Lighter than Dutch genever but more viscous than a London Dry, Old Tom gins nonetheless have a sweeter flavor profile thanks to additions such as stevia and star anise.

How to Make It

Stir together agave tonic water (such as Q Tonic), gin, Aperol, Pimm's, and lime bitters in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime slice.
