Double down on botanical oomph with elderflower tonic and a splash of Suze, a.k.a. France's citrusy gentian root aperitif. Top with an edible flower and bask in all the floral goodness. 

Try it with: Old Raj Gin (United Kingdom). Along with the classic botanicals (juniper, coriander, cassia), Old Raj's higher ABV label has a post-distillation addition of saffron, which lends earthy notes and a golden tint.

How to Make It

Stir together elderflower tonic water, gin, Suze herbal liqueur, and lemon juice in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with edible flowers.
