The additions of spicy peppercorns, star anise, and cucumber (notes you'll see in many of your favorite gins) make this a maxed-out G&T.

Try it with: St. George Terroir Gin (California). It's the ideal bottle for drinkers who prefer a more pine-forward bouquet, courtesy of botanicals such as Douglas fir, California bay laurel, and coastal sage.

How to Make It

Combine gin, cucumber slices, black peppercorns, and whole star anise pod in a tall glass, and stir vigorously to infuse flavors, about 30 seconds. Fill glass with ice, and top with dandelion tonic water (such as Mixwell); stir well. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
