Dessert’s most heavenly combo shines even in float form. Opt for white over dark rum to keep that lovely pale orange hue and still add a punch among the spicy ginger ale.
Place ice cream in a frozen 12-oz. glass. Pour rum over ice cream, then top with ginger ale. Garnish with fresh peach slices and serve immediately.
Note: Kids and non-drinkers will love these floats, too; simply omit the liquor and liqueur pour-overs for equally delicious nonalcoholic versions.
