Combine the summery wonders of summer's two greatest mascots—the mint julep and juicy watermelon—in this breezy sipper. Seek out sugar baby watermelons (a sweet mini melon) to balance out boozy bourbon.
Fill a julep cup or 10-ounce glass with crushed ice. Place bourbon, Sugar Baby Juice, and Mint Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker; cover with lid, and shake until well combined. Pour over crushed ice. Top with club soda; garnish with lime wedge and mint leaves.
