How to Make It
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, scallion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Fold gently to combine.
Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Trim 1/8 inch from the rounded top of the hot dog bun to make a flat side. Toast the bottom and top (cut surface) of the hot dog bun for 1 minute on each side. Spread the butter evenly on the inside of the bun. Fill with lobster salad. Sprinkle with paprika, and serve.
