We just made bacon even better. It all starts with two perfectly toasted slices of sourdough bread and piles of lettuce and tomato before topping with the pièce de résistance—a hearty piece of smoked salmon. Oh, and don't forget that lemon-dill mayonnaise. 

How to Make It

Stir together mayonnaise, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise mixture on 1 side of each sourdough slice. Top 4 of the bread slices evenly with lettuce, tomatoes, salt, and salmon. Cover with remaining 4 bread slices, and serve immediately.
