Ile Gagnon and its four-story, 24,000 square foot stone mansion (which Dion had custom-built) sit in the Mille Îles River in her hometown of Quebec, Canada. Apparently the private island life was less than ideal for the singer, who has listed the property (plus all the furniture and artwork there) for sale for $25.5 million.

Blackadore Cay in Belize
DiCaprio has owned this 104-acre island for years, but recently announced his intention to build an eco-friendly resort, set to open in 2018. His goal, along with partner Paul Sciallia, is to have the resort actually heal the island’s environmental woes, replanting trees and reintroducing native species.
